Today Camper Malopolski and its team entered The Kingdom of the Netherlands! Our first goal, Alkmaar, northern Netherlands, was achieved already in the evening. What were our first observations? We, people form uplands and highlands, got mostly impressed by endless flat horizon...  There is no hill, no mountain in the background. The panorama is varied by herd of cows, horses and sheeps.

We have found our first camping site without any problem. The camping is big, very green and our camper stands from the other vehicles because of its beauty, of course ;).We need to drop here few lines about the campsite’s owner, who impressed us with his action: to show us where our parking spot is not only he guided us, but he jumped on his bicycle and rode in front of us – ah those Dutch!

Dzisiaj Camper Małopolski wraz z ekipą wjechał do Królestwa Niderlandów! Nasz pierwszy cel, Alkmaar na północy kraju, osiągnęliśmy już wieczorem. Pierwsze spostrzeżenia? Nas, mieszkańców terenów górskich i wyżynnych, zadziwił przede wszystkim ciągnący się po horyzont płaski teren… Jak okiem sięgnąć żadnego wzniesienia, wzgórza ani gór w oddali. Cały czas płasko. Widok ten urozmaicały pasące się na rozległych polach stada krów, stada koni i owiec.

Bez trudu trafiliśmy na nasz pierwszy kemping. Jak przystało na Holandię kemping jest duży, pełen zieleni, a nasz camper wyróżnia się swoją nietypową urodą na tle innych tutejszych wehikułów. Musimy tutaj jeszcze wspomnieć o właścicielu kempingu, który aby pokazać nam nasze miejsce postojowe, wsiadł na rower i nas poprowadził – ach Ci Holendrzy ;) !
